We have had great success working with Servus Cleaning, particularly with their unlimited gutter cleaning program. It provides peace of mind knowing that if an issue arises, their team follows up promptly and takes care of it in a timely manner.

Having worked in strata management for over 10 years, I have used Servus Cleaning across various properties and have consistently had positive experiences with their team. Our owners and Strata Councils have also been very pleased with the level of service provided.

What stands out most is their responsiveness and commitment to addressing concerns. If an issue does arise, their team takes it seriously and makes every effort to have someone attend as soon as possible.

Overall, Servus Cleaning has been a reliable and responsive contractor to work with, and our experience with them has been very positive.

As a property manager I can confidently give SERVUS Specialty Cleaning 5 stars.

I have been using SERVUS Gutter Cleaning for over 10 years at many of the properties I manage, and they have consistently provided outstanding service.

One of the things I appreciate most is their full gutter cleaning contract, which includes unlimited spot cleaning between scheduled cleanings. This added level of service provides excellent value and peace of mind, especially when managing multiple properties.

The entire SERVUS team has always been professional, responsive, and reliable. Everyone I have dealt with has gone above and beyond to ensure the work is completed properly and to a high standard. Their attention to detail, customer service, and commitment to their clients truly set them apart.

I highly recommend SERVUS Gutter Cleaning to anyone looking for a dependable company that stands behind its work. It's a pleasure working with a team that consistently exceeds expectations.

A positive experience with Servus doing the cleaning maintenance of our gutters yesterday. Kourosh, the team supervisor, is very polite and respectful and worked attentively with us on any particularities of our condor building in order to get the job done right. We appreciated also that they went above and beyond in their ground cleanup after the gutters had been cleaned

Ahmed and the team did an incredible job cleaning the parking garage at our condo building. They were super friendly and hard working. I feel they went above and beyond, and we would gladly hire this company again.
